Kidonomy.app is a web application that helps families manage chores, pocket money, fines, savings goals and a simulated long-term investment vault for children, with parent approvals and age-based weekly allowance caps.

You agree to use Kidonomy.app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations.

You must not:

• Use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others or restricts or inhibits their use of the Service
• Upload malicious files, malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or extract data from the Service without prior written consent
• Transmit unsolicited advertising or spam through the Service

To access the Service you must create a parent account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, your parent master PIN and your household join code secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account and the child profiles you create. You must notify us immediately at help@kidonomy.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child profile you create. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a manner that is harmful to other users or to the Service.

Kidonomy.app offers a 14-day free trial for new parent accounts. Continued access after the trial requires a Family Pro subscription, the details of which are set out on our Pricing section. Paid subscriptions are billed on the terms displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You and your children may upload photos and other content to the Service, for example chore proofs. You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Panni Property Management Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content uploaded does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable law. We do not routinely review user-uploaded content.

Kidonomy is a tracking and education tool. It does not hold, transfer or invest real money. Balances, pocket money payouts, fines and the overflow vault are records only — all real cash is handed over by you, offline, and confirmed in the app. Vault growth charts are simulations for learning purposes and are not forecasts, advice or a financial product. You remain solely responsible for any real-world money you give to your children.

All content forming part of the Kidonomy.app platform — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics and logos — is the property of Panni Property Management Ltd and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or use of any such content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing on Kidonomy.app constitutes legal, financial, investment or professional advice of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Panni Property Management Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — including but not limited to incorrect balances, missed payouts, family disputes or loss of data — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, payment providers). These links are provided for convenience only. Panni Property Management Ltd has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
